Ways to present your ice cream differently |

| Simple toppings can be used to add your own special touch. |
| |
- Fruits – Orange segments, strawberries, Kiwi slices, sliced bananas, fresh or tinned pineapple, fresh or tinned cherries, sliced mangoes, fresh or tinned litchis, pomegranates
- Nuts – Broken cashews, chopped walnuts, chopped pistas, slivers of almonds, pine nuts
· Chocolate / Strawberry/ Silver sprinkles
- From the candy store – gummy bears, gems, jelly based sweets (worms, alphabets, numbers), marshmallows, mints
- Dry Fruits – Raisins, Dried figs, dates, coconut flakes, dried apricots
- Syrups - Chocolate/ Strawberry/ Butterscotch / Maple / Honey
- Biscuits – cream filled wafer biscuits, cream filled wafer rolls, almond biscuits, jam filled biscuits, choco chip cookies
- Chocolate curls – Use a potato peeler to shave the chocolate curls from a bar of chocolate
- Chocolate leaves – Take a well defined leaf. Cover it with melted chocolate paste (consisting of dark chocolate, amul mithai mate and amul cream). Set in the freezer. When set remove it off the leaf. Make as many like these as required
- Grated white/ dark chocolate
